Method

    Blend

    Blend peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

    Taste

    Taste and adjust sweetness. Ripe peaches need very little sugar.

  3. 3

    Pour and freeze

    Pour into moulds, insert sticks, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    Unmould

    Briefly run warm water over the mould and pull out the pops.
