Orange Creamsicle

Method

   Make the vanilla cream

   Whisk heavy cream, vanilla extract, and honey together until slightly thickened — it should still be pourable.

   Build the glass

   Fill glasses with ice. Pour fresh orange juice over the ice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.

   Float the cream

   Slowly pour the vanilla cream over the back of a spoon to create a floating layer on top of the orange juice.

   
4. 4

   Top and serve

   Add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
